No-bake fat AF bars
1 cup almonds
1 cup almond meal
2 tbsp butter and/or
1 Tbsp honey (optional)
1 cup dark chocolate
2 Tbsp butter
In a high speed blender, combine almonds, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and salt. Blend until you have a thick nut butter.
Add in almond meal, butter, and/or coconut or cashew butter. Blend until mixed well.
Pour into a 9x13” pan and freeze for 10 minutes.
While it is freezing, prepare your middle layer by melting coconut butter or cashew butter.
Pour onto frozen base and place back in freezer.
While it’s freezing, melt your dark chocolate and butter.
Pour on top of middle layer and place back in the freezer for a few minutes.
Remove from freezer and sprinkle with sea salt.
Place back in freezer until firm.
Break it into chunks and enjoy!
Store in the fridge or freezer — just needs to be cooler than room temperature so it doesn’t melt!
