1/2 cup of filtered water
1/2 cup organic coconut cream
1/2 Tbsp honey (optional)
1 tbsp grass-fed butter
Place leftover rice in a pot with water, coconut cream, and butter.
Simmer (rice will expand) for 10 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and add your toppings! At the moment I’m loving berries, my favorite crumbled granola or bar, and a drizzle of homemade almond or nut butter!
*Note: feel free to scale this recipe up to feed your family! Just stick to the ratio of 1 cup rice to 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup coconut cream!
